LIFE EXPERIENCES ABOUT DEMOCRACY (Project LEAD) —We are proud to be recognized as a “Civic Learning School”.  Sparks has partnered with the City of La Puente to provide students with more opportunities to participate and understand how local government works.  We encourage all students to participate in our school-wide events that will connect them with the community.
